Dr. Lawrence Fischer
Owner/DentistDr. Lawrence Fischer is the owner of Everything Dental in Charleston, SC, where he is dedicated to providing honest, high-quality dental care with a focus on patient empowerment and education. A passionate advocate for improving overall quality of life through oral health, Dr. Fischer is a South Carolina native and has lived in Mt. Pleasant for eight years. He earned an undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University, attended the Medical University of South Carolina for dental school (graduated 2014), and completed a General Practice Residency at Case Western University (graduated 2015). After 10 years with Solomon Family Dentistry, he founded Everything Dental in May 2024. Dr. Fischer’s approach pairs advanced technologies—including CEREC same-day crowns and 3D CBCT imaging—with a transparent, authentic, and patient-centered philosophy, treating every patient as he would a member of his own family. Outside of dentistry, he shares life’s joys with his wife Jessica, daughter Sunny, and their King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Finn. Dr. Fischer enjoys golf, fly fishing, and exploring the outdoors, and is committed to fostering supportive, healthy environments both at home and at work.
